Get the Ledger by email
If you would rather be told than remember to look, leave an address and we will send the paper's news as it comes — occasionally, not every day.
No account, no password, nothing to sign into.
What we keep, and what we do not
- We keep your email address, the date you gave it, and which page you signed up from. That is all — no name, no phone number, and not your IP address.
- We use it for one thing: sending you the paper's own updates. We do not sell, rent, share or trade the list, or any part of it.
- Every message carries a way to leave, and you can ask to be removed at any time — then your address comes off the list and no message is sent to it again.
The privacy page states this in full, alongside the third-party scripts the site runs and the paper's rules on publishing information about people. The form sets no cookie and runs no third-party script.
